This pause is growing deeper wisdom.
Back soon with richer teachings.
A Transformative Pause.
As I step into the wild and tender transformation of motherhood, classes and workshops are gently on hold.
This season is asking for my full presence, and I trust it will return me with even richer teachings to share.
In the meantime, I’m slowly exploring new practice spaces in and around Steglitz, Zehlendorf, and Lankwitz.
If you know of a beautiful, quiet space that could host kaimae rituals in the future, I’d love to hear from you.
Something for Now
3-Minute Grounding Ritual
Find a comfortable position, sitting or lying down.
Close your eyes or soften your gaze downward. Place one hand on your belly and one on your chest, or both hands gently on your belly.
Breathe in slowly through your nose for a count of four.
Breathe out gently through your mouth for a count of six.
Repeat this rhythm 3-5 times, allowing each breath to anchor you more deeply.
Let the breath guide you back—to this moment, and to yourself.
Add this to your day whenever you feel scattered or overstretched.
“The moment a child is born, the mother is also born. She never existed before.”
— Osho
