For busy humans who want to feel better, not do more.
My class philosophy.
Life moves fast. These classes are an invitation to slow down, to settle into your body, reconnect with your breath, and remember that presence is enough.
Whether you're completely new to yoga or returning after a pause, this is a welcoming space to arrive just as you are.
Each class is rooted in mindfulness, guided by intention, and offered with care.
No pressure. No perfection. But room to feel, breathe and be.
What to Expect
Length: 60–75 minutes
Style: A blend of gentle movement, grounding breathwork, mindful transitions, and deep rest
Experience level: All levels welcome — every body is supported
Atmosphere: Calm, non-performative, inclusive
Music: Mostly silence or minimal sound

My classes are currently on pause as I ease back from parental leave and explore new spaces in Berlin, particularly around Steglitz, Lankwitz, and Zehlendorf.

You don’t need to be flexible, fit, or spiritually fluent. Just come as you are, with whatever you’re carrying. Your breath already knows the way back to you.
