Hello!
I’m Maaike - and this is where we begin to slow down.
Once a national gymnast and business school go-getter, I was fluent in overachievement.
Now? I teach people to slow down — on purpose.
My yoga story starts with the wrong gym class in Rotterdam (truly), and unfolds into restorative rituals and a softer way to thrive.
